Job summary

Bethany Christian Services seeks a Case Manager for Home Study and Post Release Services to support refugee and immigrant children and families. You will manage caseloads, conduct home visits, and coordinate reunification efforts with trauma-informed care.

Travel up to 65% is required; bilingual English/Spanish is essential. Applicants should be prepared for state-wide service in the US and compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services and case management.
• Maintain caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations.
• Conduct home visits and reunification assessments as needed.
• Develop resource referrals and community connections for families.
• Document reports and case notes timely in the database.
