Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to lead the full recruiting lifecycle for in-home senior care roles. You will partner with supervisors and department managers to identify hiring needs, craft compelling job ads, and manage candidate flow through onboarding.

This role emphasizes analytics, data-driven decisions, and strong service to applicants and managers. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• PHR or RACR certification preferred
• 1–3 years experience in high-volume recruiting, healthcare a plus
• Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and job boards
• Success managing client relationships with a focus on quality and results
• Experience supporting customer needs with high service levels
• Thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop hiring program.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews of applicants, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements through the ATS database.
• Input complete applicant and employee information into the home care software and ATS.
• Maintain database with accurate candidate contact information and documentation of communications.
• Coordinate onboarding with the new hire and communicate recruitment process and orientation requirements.
• Develop full-cycle recruiting strategies to target candidates from various sources including job boards and events.
• Track KPIs/metrics and use data to inform hiring decisions.
