ABR Employment Services in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Recruiter to connect talented job seekers with meaningful career opportunities and help area employers build strong teams. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, coaching candidates, and partnering with local businesses to meet hiring needs.

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Position Overview

As a Recruiter in Green Bay, you'll be at the center of the local employment community—connecting talented job seekers with meaningful career opportunities and helping area employers build strong teams. From creative sourcing and community networking to interviewing, offers, and onboarding, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching and placing qualified candidates.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining consistent communication, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.
• Develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Green Bay-area businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with exceptional talent.

Highlights of Employment at ABR

Minimum starting base salary: $57,000 annually plus commission.

Starting compensation may vary based on relevant experience and qualifications.
