Job summary

Sunray ABA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the team to support client progress.

The role requires an RBT certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally for sessions. The position offers ongoing training and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and standards.
