Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy for clients with ASD and other developmental conditions. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans in home, school, or clinic settings.

Role requires strong communication, reliable transportation for local sessions, and the ability to collaborate with families and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
