Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and teams to support clients with ASD and developmental conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs as designed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and standards.
