Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, and you’ll collect data on client progress while maintaining a supportive, safe environment for children and families.

Ideally, you bring RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a High School diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• ABA therapy experience a plus or working with children is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
