Total Care ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Smithville, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible scheduling for in-home and in-school ABA services across Tennessee.

Ideal candidates are RBT certified, BACB registered, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping children reach their potential. Training and ongoing professional development are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as needed.
• Provide services in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
