Job summary

Total Care ABA in Memphis, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible full- and part-time schedules that fit your lifestyle.

As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect client data, support social and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification and be registered with BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children and ABA experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Document progress records for each client.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in home, school, and community throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
