Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home and in-school services across Tennessee, including Tracy City, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive training to help children with autism reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of clients progress
• Travel to clients' homes/community settings as required
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered
