Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school and community settings across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive training.

As an RBT, you will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help families achieve meaningful progress. Travel to clients' homes is required; programs support professional growth and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification and be BACB registered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work in-home and in-school settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
• Provide services in-person across Tennessee.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and improvement.
