Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will employ evidence-based ABA strategies to foster communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring a supportive, safe environment.

The role requires patience and teamwork, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate with strong teamwork skills.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required; RBT certification required within 45 days of onboarding, if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain a patient, positive, and safe environment for children and families.
