Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Thomaston, GA. This role offers $20–$28 per hour and flexible schedules, with in-home and in-school ABA services across Georgia.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, support families, and travel to clients' homes as needed. Certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services to children in-home and in-school.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
