Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. The role implements ABA-based plans under a BCBA and tracks progress with data collection.

Part-time positions are available with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and multiple benefits and growth pathways are offered by PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• ABA therapy experience with children preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
