Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

The role is part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship, travel as needed, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
