Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and work under a BCBA supervision to promote learning and independence.

The role offers flexible part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus mentorship and ongoing training as part of our PBS team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
