Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling with a clear path to full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing plans under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families. Candidates should have an active RBT certificate, and be willing to travel locally; HS diploma required with a BA/BS

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, education, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients on the floor and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills
