Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and travel as needed. This role emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork with families, and ongoing professional development within a supportive PBS

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
