Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part‑time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a clear path to full‑time as caseloads grow.

You’ll implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families. We offer flexible scheduling, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
