Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
