Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA. This part-time role offers growth as caseloads expand and hands-on mentorship.

We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for averaging 25 hours/week, holiday pay, paid travel/mileage, and a path to BCBA certification with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
