Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Role involves data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in team meetings and ongoing training. Part-time position with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
