PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to work part-time with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans and collect progress data, while receiving mentorship and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
