Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for meeting hours, holiday pay, paid travel and mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance (full-time), 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
