Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, work 1:1 with children, and collect data to monitor progress.

The position offers flexible scheduling, quarterly bonus eligibility, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand; in addition, benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills
