Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will deliver ABA-based interventions 1:1 in homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision, collecting data and adjusting plans to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data to monitor client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
