Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams, with opportunities for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
