Total Care ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona, including Sedona and surrounding areas. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive training.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement BCBA-developed plans, collect client data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support meaningful progress for children.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification preferred; BACB registration helps.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ideal.

Aufgaben

• Deliver ABA therapy services tailored to each client.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and document client data.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Record progress and celebrate client gains.
• Travel to clients' homes or community settings as needed.
• Provide in-person services across Arizona as required.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
