Total Care ABA in Payson, AZ is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings across Arizona. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help clients develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or active BACB registration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or schools.
• Implement plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as needed.
