Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Douglas, AZ, to provide in-home and in-school ABA services. Earn $20–$28/hour and enjoy flexible schedules, with training and career growth opportunities.

As an RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement plans by a BCBA, collect client data, and support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Travel is required to deliver services across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.
