Job summary

Total Care ABA in Arizona is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver in-home, in-school and community ABA services. Earn $20-$28/hour while making a measurable difference in children's progress and family support.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and ongoing learning.
