Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Arizona to work with children in-home and in-school settings. Earn $20–$28 per hour while delivering individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You'll collect client data, implement treatment plans, collaborate with families and clinicians, and participate in ongoing training. Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth are available as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.
