Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Arizona. You will deliver ABA therapy, implement plans from a BCBA, and track client progress, while collaborating with families and our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
