Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Americus, GA. You will work in-home, in-school, and community settings delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and training.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, BACB registration, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children. Experience with kids is preferred; ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Services provided in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Georgia.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
