Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children in home, school, and community settings. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and training provided.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team. Must have RBT certification, BACB registration, a HS diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping kids.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services.
