Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer mentorship, quarterly raises, and benefits for full-time staff, with travel locally as needed and a supportive environment for career growth in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
