PBS Corp. is hiring an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, or related fields
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients, sit on floor, lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect data and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
