PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated RBT to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will deliver ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision and help clients develop new skills through positive reinforcement and data-driven progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
