Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel to local in-home sessions is expected, with a supportive environment and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields is valued.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
