Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. Compensation starts at $20–$24 per hour, with pay depending on experience.

The role offers Full-Time (30+ hours) or Part-Time options and a flexible schedule to fit availability. We value collaboration, ethical practice, and growth, with opportunities for advancement and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
