Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team for part-time in-home ABA services in Georgia.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning. Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; degrees in psychology or education preferred.
• Willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
