Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is expanding, seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and meaningful professional growth within a supportive team.

The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, daycares, and community settings, implement tailored skill acquisition programs, and ensure accurate data collection and timely notes.

Qualifications

• RBT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
