Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans developed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor client progress.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required to document outcomes and collaborate with the care team. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time roles, with a supportive culture that values teamwork, growth, and recognition.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
