Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy under the supervision of BCBAs. This role offers meaningful work, strong clinical support, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

As an RBT, you’ll implement skill acquisition programs, record accurate session notes, and contribute to a compassionate, growth-oriented team focused on making a difference for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• RBT license/certification required.
• In-home and daycare-based ABA therapy supervised by BCBA.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
