Job summary

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family's convenience.

We have multiple locations and are happy to discuss other RBT opportunities. This role offers meaningful work, strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, mentorship, and growth within a supportive company.

Qualifications

• RBT License required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy to children with ASD is preferred.
• Strong data collection and note-taking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients.
• Support BCBA supervision and program oversight.
