Job summary

Aim Higher ABA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing, compassionate ABA therapy team. The role emphasizes in-home and daycare-based 1:1 ABA therapy, with supervision by BCBAs and opportunities for growth in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• RBT license required for role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community schools.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
