Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy. You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 sessions and implementing individualized skill programs in families and community settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
