Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is a Missouri-based ABA provider seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based therapy for children and young adults with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to our collaborative, growth-focused team.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to engage with BCBA supervision and parent training. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
• Must have reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and parent training as needed.
