Job summary

Pops ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT). You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement tailored intervention plans, support clients in learning essential life skills, and work across home, school, and community environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Record and document client behavior and progress with provided tools and systems.
• Support clients in building communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment, promoting engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with ABA practices.
