Job summary

Socially Significant ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to directly implement individualized behavior and skill acquisition programs under supervision. The role emphasizes consistency, data accuracy, and professional conduct across clinic, school, and home settings.

You will collect data, follow behavior plans with fidelity, and communicate progress to supervisors. Travel between settings and reliable transportation are required to ensure consistent client support and skill

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between settings.
• Consistent attendance and ability to follow structured plans with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans as written.
• Work directly with clients across clinic, school, and home settings.
• Accurately collect and record data during sessions.
• Follow behavior plans with fidelity and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress.
• Support skill generalization and structured programming.

40-hour RBT training

Experience with autism/ developmentals
